Gentlemen, I used to teach four types of exchange:

1. No exchange (rip-off)

2. Poor Exchange (some value but not to the expected standards)

3. Fair Exchange (expected level of service and quality)

4. Exchange in Abundance (Better than expected quality, service, care, etc.)

Most businesses operate on the 3rd type of exchange, however only the 4th type guarantees growth and long term survival. Well done on your superlative service.
